In this delectable demonstration from 4:00-5:30 p.m., creative cookbook author Cynthia Finnemore Simonds will share recipes from her recent book, Fresh Maine Salads: Innovative Recipes from Appetizers to Dessert. Simonds draws on ingredients that are indigenous to the Pine Tree State including blueberries, cranberries, fiddlehead ferns – and, of course, lobster.
