Please join us in our beautiful Bosarge Family Education Center to savor wine and hors d’oeuvres while you enjoy, and perhaps purchase, the work of artists who painted at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens during Plein-Air Painting Days (May 28-June 3). The exhibit of art created en plein air will be on view from June 11 to 29 in the Education Center.  The Thursday, June 14, reception is free and open to the public.

Our Plein-Air Painting Exhibits, now a tradition at the Gardens, are a chance to view work by numerous artists in a variety of styles. Because the artists, who can come to the Gardens at no charge during Plein-Air Painting Days, may paint whatever sections of the property that appeals to them, there is also a wide variety of subject matter. The quality of the art work is very high, and the exhibit and reception are both wonderful experiences.

All sales of artwork from this show and others benefit Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
