Countless thousands of seedlings sprout up under our varied plantings each spring at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Participants will gather these desirable “volunteers” before they get weeded. Bill will begin with a lecture on seedling care and handling, plus the best potting mixes, containers, and fertilizers. Then he’ll lead the class through the Gardens on the great seedling rescue mission! Go home with dozens of new ornamental seedlings to transplant to your own garden.
