Every year Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens hosts a major fundraising event. These benefits have different themes, but they always include amazing auctions, a delicious dinner, and live music. For the past several years, the benefit party has also been the time for drawings for major raffle prizes. On Sunday, August 22, 2010, we presented Down Home at the Gardens – a great party in every way.

We’re grateful to the cadre of dedicated volunteers who worked for months to create a memorable, and successful, party; the donors who provided nearly 200 items for the auctions; those who purchased tickets for the Go for the Green Raffle, and everyone who attended the party and put in bids.
