What is a symposium? At Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, the symposia we offer each year present an opportunity for the interested public at all levels of expertise to hear different perspectives on a single subject. The speakers are top notch, the subjects are fascinating, and the illustrated talks are captivating. 'All About Stone' in 2005, 'Creating Landscape with a Sense of Place' in 2006, and 'Gardening for the Five Senses' in 2007, for example, earned rave reviews from those who attended.
