All refunds for merchandise ordered from will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you contact us to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a program or event.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within three business days of purchase. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
