Café

We’re cooking up some tasty treats in our newly renovated Café! The Culinary Department is passionate about providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. As you sit in the dining room and look out onto the Great Lawn and Kitchen Garden, you realize the connection between plants grown in the outside world and the fresh produce served in the Café. We strive to provide local fare to our guests in a warm and inviting environment. To ensure the freshest ingredients, we partner with Newcastle-based Morning Dew Farm for produce and neighbors Coastal Maine Popcorn Company and Betsy’s Fancy Fudge in Boothbay Harbor for our sweet, tasty treats. Working with local producers and farmers is part of our environmentally responsible approach and supports sustainable local agriculture. Our menus will rotate seasonally and prioritize healthy and clean flavors. With vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options, we hope to accommodate most dietary restrictions. We look forward to feeding your families this season!
