Born in Machias, Maine, Ginger is a seasonal-foods savvy cook with a long history of organic farm-to-table expertise. After working a year at The Lost Kitchen with celebrated chef Erin French, Ginger and her husband bought and ran a successful 100 acre farmland in western North Carolina before eventually returning to Maine to open Concinnity Deli & Lounge in Bath. When she isn't cooking, you can find her outdoors with her two daughters, husband, and their big dogs, hiking and spending as much time in nature as possible.

Even though Cathy was born and raised in Maryland, she spent all of her summers in Cherryfield, Maine, at the house where her grandmother grew up. Cathy earned a degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire. With so much family in Maine, she eventually decided on a permanent move to Maine with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Cathy navigates marathon role-playing game sessions with her family and friends and dances whenever she gets the chance.
