Ticket Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for their specified time/date. If you are unable to use your ticket, you may transfer your reservation to a different time/date for a $2.50 fee, use it toward regular season admission (May-October), or apply its cost toward a Gardens membership. In the event of extreme weather, we’ll post a closure statement both on our website and our Facebook page. Announcements will also be made via the local news closure lists. In such an event, we will refund the full price of your ticket(s).
We do not issue refunds if your local weather conditions prevent you from using your tickets when the Gardens is open. However, you may always apply the cost of your ticket(s) towards a Gardens membership, or use them for admission during our regular season, April through October.

Please call us to cancel your class or program registration, 207-633-8000. Please note, a 10% fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.
