Spring is a time of renewal—when the earth begins to wake up, greens pop up through the ground, and our energy starts to return after a long winter. In this gentle, hands-on, and experiential workshop, we’ll explore the basics of spring self-care by slowing down, tuning into our bodies, and getting acquainted with plant allies who emerge this time of year and can support a gentle transition into spring. Participants will be introduced to herbal medicine-making and the energetics of the season, then learn how to make a nourishing spring vinegar, a bitters blend, and a lymphatic salve using herbs harvested right on site. Join us to slow down, learn and create together, and go home with tools, practices, and medicines to carry you through this season! Beginners are warmly welcome.
