Register Now:Monday–Wednesday, May 11–13, 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Create life-like paper ferns and foxgloves in this immersive, three-day workshop led by artist Amity Libby. Rooted in the careful observation of plants and gardens as well as the meditative process of making, this class will focus on mastering how to cut, color, shape, construct, conserve, and style your own handmade paper flowers. Inspired by vitality, abundance, and the universal love of flowers, these whimsical objects are constructed of German and Italian crepe paper, cloth-covered stem wires, paint, markers, waxed floral tape, and glue. Complete material kits and templates will be provided.
