Garden to Glass Cocktails & Herbal Tonic Elixirs
Register Now:Join us under the Timberframe at the Gardens to explore the art of crafting seasonally inspired botanical drinks. Learn how to weave your passion for plants and knowledge of herbs into the creation of herbal tonics and functional drinks. We’ll discuss philosophy, basic bar essentials, preparation methods, commonly used botanicals, and the art of layering actions and energetics. Together, we’ll make (and taste!) a variety of inspired potions.
Copies of Cassandra’s recently published book, Botanical Barcraft, will be available for purchase and signing.
Please note, while the book is equal parts cocktails and mocktails, this class will focus on non-alcoholic drinks.
