Homeschool Days: Decomposers (Ages 4-10)

Investigate life underground and discover the important role decomposers play in helping our gardens grow. Students will learn to identify these living organisms, explore the anatomy of a worm, and discover how decomposition works. Families will also learn about vermicomposting and how they can set up a simple worm bin at home. A worm-inspired craft will round out the session.

Each homeschool ticket includes admission for a child and a chaperone. Any extra adults pay $12/each. Children under 3 are free. Families who register multiple children or enroll in multiple programs will receive a discount at checkout.
